ENROLMENT to the 1st CYCLE STUDY PROGRAMMES

1. Candidates of EU Member States:

  • The first application period: from 15th February 2022 to 18th March 2022
  • The second application period: from 19th August 2022 to 23th August 2022

Candidates are required to submit their applications online through the eVŠ portal.

2. Candidates of non-EU countries and Slovenians without Slovenian citizenship:

  • The first application period: from 15th February 2022 to 20th April 2022, documents for recognition of education have to be sent by 1st August 2022.
  • The second application period: from 5th September 2022 to 6th September 2022, if will be available enrolment slots. 

Candidates submit the application for enrolment and recognition of foreign education through eVŠ web portal:

  • using a qualified digital certificate or AAI account– application is considered if submitted through web portal eVŠ before the application deadline as defined by the relevant call for enrolment.
  • without using a qualified digital certificate or AAI account - SI PASS (with a username and password) - application is considered if submitted through web portal eVŠ before the deadline as defined in the relevant call for enrolment.

The candidates should submit all the required supplements (e-copies or scanes of the original documents) through the eVŠ web portal before the deadline as defined in the relevant call for enrolment. They should not send the printed e-application and the supplements via e-mail or by post!
